Fulton Loan Office Inc. opened its doors in 1924. It is the same location as the day it began. The current owner, Richard Rose, bought the business from his aunt and uncle, who previously bought it from his great uncle. Throughout the generations, Fulton Loan Office Inc. has always provided quick loans to the community and great product selection. Fulton Loan Office credits its success to the top prices paid for gold, diamonds, platinum, jewelry and more.

Today, we’ve expanded our inventory to include electronics, computers and cameras. We also sell items on eBay and have a top-rated, 100 percent favorable record. We will ship our items, as well. Fulton Loan Office Inc. is a member of the National Pawn Brokers Association and Georgia Pawn Brokers Association. Richard Rose is a certified GIA Graduate Diamond Grading Division.
